The Cosworth engine inside your vehicles engine bay is truly a legend within automotive history. The good news is that with over 10 years experience in tuning this engine, we can offer you a number of well refined tuning packages. We can tailor the chip fitted to your ECU to ensure all modifications are accommodated for and the vehicle runs as well as it possibly can.

Our tuning packages go right up to in excess of 700 BHP but as I am sure you can appreciate this is a conversion carried our rarely and is so bespoke it simply cannot be printed on paper as every owner and car will vary in their requirements so we have opted to print only the most common conversions we offer in house up to and including our 380BHP drive in drive out package.

270-290bhp* Package £295 inc. VAT & Fitting
This package enhances the vehicle driving experience greatly, with the same response as a standard car but a far stronger power band in the mid range. This is reaching the safe limits of the standard injectors and MAP sensor. Runs a 17psi peak, 15psi held boost pressure on a standard T3 turbocharger.

320bhp Package £650 inc. VAT & Fitting. (Sierras With T3 Turbo Only)
This package enhances the Cosworth powered vehicle even further with the fitment of larger fuel injectors (Bosch 803 Dark Greens), a 3 Bar MAP Sensor to accurately read higher boost pressures and a stronger actuator to increase the boost pressure. An excellent ‘fast road’ conversion that has been tried and tested over the years and is refined to perfection! Runs a 25psi peak, 22psi held boost pressure on a standard T3 turbocharger.

340+bhp Package £650 inc. VAT & Fitting (Sierras With T34/ T35 Turbo Only)
For those of you who want to go further than the previously mentioned packages, it’s time to fit a larger turbocharger, in this case a T34.63 turbocharger (standard fitment on Large Turbo Escort Cosworth's). This will allow for a healthy increase in power allowing us to fit a set of larger fuel injectors (Bosch 803 Dark Greens), a 3 Bar MAP Sensor to accurately read higher boost pressures and a stronger actuator to increase the boost pressure. This package is a good all rounder! Runs a 28psi peak and 24psi held boost pressure on a T34.63 turbocharger.

This package does put some extra strain on the engine and to ensure reliability we do recommend the head gasket is upgraded to a multi layer item. An oil breather system and uprated intercooler is strongly recommended on this package as well.

 

380+bhp Package £750 inc. VAT & Fitting
For those of you with either a Large Turbo Escort Cosworth or a retro-fitted T34.63 turbocharger, this in our eyes is the ultimate fast road package! After hundreds of hours of development, the results are hard to believe considering they can be achieved on a standard engine! With the fitment of larger fuel injectors (Siemens 55lb Blacks), a 3 Bar MAP Sensor to accurately read higher boost pressures and a stronger actuator to increase the boost pressure. This package is a guaranteed smile raiser! Runs a 33psi peak boost pressure falling slowly through the rev range to your new 7600rpm rev limiter!

400 - 700 bhp Packages £P.O.A
The 400 BHP level and above requires personal consulation with the experts as it requires either internal engine modifications or very large turbochargers, either of which may not suit either your proposed budget or driving style. Please call and speak to one of our technitians to asses your options. For those of you with the hardware ready to go we already offer off the shelf ECU software ready to go for your L6, L8 or P8 ECU.

 

ECU Tuning Extras For You To Consider...

Closed Loop on L8 ECU's:
All our Level 8 ECU Conversions can be upgraded to closed loop for only £100. For cars with a lambda sensor in place from the factory or pre fitted before you arrive this is the only extra expense. If you need a lambda fitting please call us for a quote.

Closed Loop on P8 ECU's:
All our P8 conversions are closed loop as standard and as such require the factory Lambda be installed and working correctly.

Anti lag on L8 & P8 ECU's:
All our Level 8 and P8 ECU Conversions can be upgraded to run Anti Lag Strategy for only £350.
This system requires throttle body and idle Valve modifications. Call for a price on these mods.

Launch Control on L8 & P8 ECU's:
All our Level 8 and P8 ECU Conversions can be upgraded to run Launch Control Strategy for only £250.
This system requires throttle body and idle Valve modifications. Call for a price on these mods.
